Dolphins and whales have been very important in the Mediterranean and Black Sea history; they are still numerous in these seas as the universal symbol of a living and healthy sea.
The presence of dolphins and whales naturally enhances the beauty and quality of the sea, coasts and shores of our great common heritage represented by the Mediterranean and Black Sea.
